Disability in the Workplace
Everyone’s entitled to participate fully in their workplace, including disabled people. But unfortunately, many people with disabilities aren’t treated fairly at work or supported to fulfil their roles. They often face discrimination and unconscious bias, undermining their opportunities and their safety.
Disability-inclusive workplaces benefit everyone, by allowing valuable employees to contribute fully and creating a safe, fair environment. Disability impacts each individual differently.
