Question 15 was altered, 20 April 2007, due to error (thanks A
Cherry). The answer to question 13 was corrected and the question re-phrased,
18 May 2007. The Apollo 13 astronaut Jack Swigert, contacted Mission Control
with the words, "Houston, we've had a problem here," not Jim Lovell, who,
despite common impressions and various historical sources, seems never to have
actually said "Houston, we have a problem." (Thanks B Bielstein and T Turner -
My first attempted correction was 15 May but I managed even to get wrong the
perfectly good correction from B Bielstein and mistakenly insert Jim instead of
Jack Swigert, and I thank Tim Turner for pointing this out, in addition to
confirming that the other astronaut aside from Jim Lovell was Fred Haise.)
