Webinar: Leadership Dysfunctions

The first of the BB Webinar Series, this 1.5-hour session will focus on common leadership dysfunctions, how they manifest in the workplace, and how they can be avoided or resolved.

We have all probably come across dysfunctional leaders. Those who bully, manipulate, undermine and damage the mental health and careers of those around them. How do we identify these people and what can we do about them? We will look at some of the causes of dysfunction and derailment and some of the potential dangers of this being present in a working environment. There are sometimes explanations for such behaviour, but are there excuses for it continuing? We will try to end on a brighter note and look at how ethical leadership benefits the working environment.

This session will be delivered by Claire Collins, an Emerita Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School. She is now an independent executive coach, speaker, educator and consultant, working with a wide variety of senior clients in the private and public sectors.
