Imagine, using your different senses, whatever you are imagining.
What are the smells, touch sensations, taste, temperature, sounds, textures, movements, humidity, happiness, vibrations, other emotions, and everything else that you sense about what you are imagining?
What are you sensing?
If any of this means anything for you, what does this mean for you?
Breathe deeply, for a minute or two, and feel and sense and think about it all.
This might be like a waking dream.
Perhaps remember one of your dreams, or some of your dreams.
Now ask yourself...
What is real?
